At Oro | Barus, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please review the terms below carefully.
1. Returns

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accompanying materials (tags, manuals, accessories, etc.). -
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Digital downloads and gift cards

Initiating a Return:
To begin a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [orobarus@amorfati.one]. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with further instructions.
2. Refunds

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.- Approved Refunds: Approved returns will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (for example, if items are returned in a condition not suitable for resale).

Shipping Costs:
- If the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost and refund any applicable original shipping charges.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Exchanges

Exchange Policy:
If you would prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and if the exchanged item has a price difference, you will be charged or refunded the difference accordingly. -
Procedure:
Follow the same process as a standard return. Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will dispatch the exchange item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

Immediate Action Required:

Resolution:
Upon confirmation of the defect or damage, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion and at no additional cost to you.
5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be canceled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or shipped. -
After Shipment:
Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return in accordance with the terms above.
